Parental Plans

When co-holders of parental rights and responsibilities experience difficulties in exercising their rights & responsibilities, it is best to agree on the drafting of a parental plan in order to regulate the exercise of their parental rights & responsibilities.

Parties should co-operate and seek the assistance of a suitable and qualified mediator to assist them to draft a parental agreement - this is a pre-requisite before litigation.

We are able to facilitate mediation in order to come to agreement and to draft a parental plan which will then be lodged at court to be made an order of court.

Contact our office and schedule a meeting now.
